Default FS (CA): Cleanly modded '05 STi; $25,000; 25k miles; pristine conidtion

I am very interested in selling my 2005 STi, in order to go to the "dark side." I've had nothing but fun with this car. It has been EXTREMELY reliable, with no mechanical problems. The car was in a MINOR accident a while back, where it hit a curb in order to avoid a deer. The damage was minor, with none to the engine. The passenger side wheels were replaced, as well as the sideskirt and a couple suspension pieces. It is RARELY driven in the rain, garaged daily, has NEVER seen the track or any other type of "intense" environment - strictly non-abusive street driving. I have never been in a more smoothly running car than this.

The car has 25,0xx miles on the odometer right now.

The mods are as follows:
Factory installed options:
Auto-dimming rearview mirror

Engine
Espelir JGT 500 cat-back exhaust
PDE catted downpipe
Turbo XS short ram intake w/K&N filter
EcuTek protune by Dan @ HarmanMotive
Fumoto oil drain valve
Modified Stock Snorkel
Reflective heat taped stock oil pan

Interior
Passport 8500 radar detector (hardwired)
Autospeed dead pedal
Jazzy Engineering Ipod Integration Kit
WC Lathe Works 2.25" weighted shift knob
Broadway extra-wide convex mirror
JDM red hazard button
Andrew SS Camera Mount

Exterior
Hella supertones
Angled Front license plate bracket (painted)
Partially debadged trunk lid
JDM taillights
Greddy aluminum radiator shroud

Suspension/Handling/Drivetrain
Bridgestone Potenza 245/40/17 REO1R
Whiteline Subframe lockdown bolts
TiC outrigger bushings

Current output: 280.7 WHP 299.25 WTQ on 91 octane

The tires were recently put on, and have over 95% tread left. I paid close to a grand for them (including installation and balancing).

The car is washed weekly, and has SUPERB paint.

I can also include TiC tranny crossmember bushings, rallyarmor mudflaps, kartboy exhaust hangers, and a TiC super shift set, if you want...

Here are some pics...

This is a feeler, but if the right price is offered, it will be yours.
Right now I'm thinking 25k with EVERYTHING listed. I've seen a lot of '05's recently go for more than that, with more miles and less mods.

I'm located in Orange County, CA

All offers are welcome!

Damn that Espelir makes my HKS sound wimpy! That's a very clean car you're selling. The would-be owner would be very satisfied.

Which Evo do you plan on switching to?

I'm having major second thoughts...I'll keep you posted with my decision.

I'm going to close this thread for now though.
