Wait what? I know you came along a while ago and were interested in buying ybbob123's car because of the PM you sent me. I replied and I believe you said you were going to purchase the car. So I take it you sent the OP a deposit to hold it.

Just today I got a PM from another buyer that was asking me the same questions about the car and I told him the same as I told you.. that I didnt know anything about the STI and that I got tired of the OP jerking me around on the Volk rims.

Now the OP decided to keep your deposit and sell the car to someone else? Please correct me if I am wrong, but if this correct.. Bobby, give him his deposit back. Unless there is more to this story that I am not aware of.

What are we getting at here? whats the plan? I think this concerns the involved parties, and not a topic on a public car sale section of a forum. If you'd like to settle something, or really concerned, please message me with your intentions.

Nando didn't pull through with his obligations, he had his opportunity, and a big time frame in order to complete the deal. After not showing up for his date, I think the seller was eager, and frustrated.. which is why he ended up selling it to another party. I can understand his frustrations.

What i was told regarding the vehicle, i believe it to be hearsay information, from an unreliable resource, i just found this out recently so i retract my comments about the vehicle.

the misunderstanding has been cleared up and Bobby held up his side and sold the car to me. Just got home from 10hr of driving and the car is paid for, i have the title and we are all squared up.
