Default 2006 STI with mods and low miles - price question

It's not for sale yet, but the lease is up in one year. I built in 20k a year in miles into the lease and I have driven it far less than anticipated. The car just turned 2 years old in March and I have 22k on the clock. I have 13 months remaining and the payoff is around 17k or 18k. This was based on the car having 60k+ on the odometer. In actuality, it will have around 33k.

The car is always garaged and has two minor road rash dings that will be repaired. It is also fully loaded and the mods are in my sig. I have all the original parts that were removed from the car, plus the Cobb AP. It has never been tracked or beat on (I'm 40 and I also have a 2007 Z06).

I might buy the car out myself and keep it, but then again, I might sell it privately. Given all this info, should I be able to get at least $20,000 for it? I am not sure of the resale value of modified cars.

Oh, it was tuned by Chris at XXTuning (they also did the work) and here is a dyno graph, with and without meth:

If its in good condition its worth more than 20k. Some people want modded cars.

Thanks guys - I have no recent pictures of the car, but it's WRB with the gold wheels. I am having it completely detailed in the next few weeks (clay bar, polish, wax). It has two dings on the roof, courtesy of Interstate 684 in NY. I will fix that before I sell it.

When the time comes, I will put it up for sale on this forum. I won't be looking to make a killing (obviously). If I do sell it, I want to set a very good price and just move it. I want no part of taking all the mods off and giving it back to the dealer - especially when I will be so far under the miles.

Thanks again, everyone.
