Default FS (WA): 04 STI - Lots of Mods!

2004 Subaru Impreza WRX STI
In Vancouver, WA. 98682
Asking 26,000

Motor was just built by RalliTek and has 3400 miles on the new motor
The car it self just broke 50’XXX miles

Modifications include:

Wiseco Pistons
Ported and Polished heads
New Cams (don’t remember the exact specs but they are a little loppy)
All Valves Ground, Crank turned and balance
Agency Power light-weight crank pulley
TGV Deletes
ARP head studs
GT-30R ball bearing turbo kit (includes turbo, up and down pipes, oil and coolant lines and tial 38mm external wastegate)
Perrin EBCS
Perrin front mount intercooler
HKS SSQV blow off valve
HKS catback exhaust
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Perrin 816cc Injectors
Colder plugs
Spec Stage 3 6-puck clutch with 3400 miles on it (With proper break-in, never beat on)
Flywheel resurfaced
MR 32-way adj. coilovers
Not installed is a Turbo XS utec, map Selector that comes with the car

New front and rear upgraded brake pads have been installed (Ferrodo street/track compound), and the car brakes much better than before. Also obviously, the rotors were turned.
Since the car has upgraded brake pads, you will get some noise out of them, but a quick spray of the hose to get rid of the dust will silence them. They were done just before the motor and are at 95%.

Adjustable front and rear power split 6 speed transmissions.
Power door locks, Power Windows, Power Mirrors, Cold AC, keyless entry, Leather steering wheel, shift knob, and e-brake handle with red stitching. STI floor mats.

Pioneer MP3 head unit with MB Quart component speakers.

There is no spare tire, the previous owner took it out and never put it back in.

The car is in good shape; there are a few rock chips on the front of the car from highway driving. The previous owner touched a curb with the front bumper and rubbed the paint off a small portion of the lower front right part (just under the duct). The driver’s side rear quarter panel has a scratch from a cart in the parking lot. Adjustable headlights with new HID low beams. Interior is clean, seats have a really nice micro fiber fabric (almost like suede), everything works.

This car needs some fine tuning all the way around, and some of the minor detail work done to it. This car is very capable of over 400 wheel horse power. (Some fine tuning) The car is very daily drivable, the clutch is a little grabby but a lot better than I thought it would be. The motor needs more tuning after they put the motor in they took it around the block with the laptop and called it good tell break in is over it only makes like 15 lbs of boost right now and the suspension needs some adjusting. This car un-tuned is extremely powerful. This car has amazing handling, power, and all-around performance. I have put a lot of love, money, work, and time into this car. I don’t really want to sell it but I started an internet based business that has really taken off in the last couple of months, and I work at my 9 to 5 more than full time so me and my fiancée have planned to retire in September of this year, and to do that we agreed we would have X amount of dollars in the bank and be 100% debt free.

The builder that put the motor together name is David or Sean (owner). I have not told RalliTek that I have put this car up for sale but im confident they will give it a good note. RalliTek's # 503-546-9209

It's tough to say, most people don't want to add a whole lot into the price for mods, even when extensive. Guys will look at a Vette with a $7500 supercharger system installed and only expect to add in about a $1000 to the blue book value.
One of the things that sticks out to me is that the "car needs a lot of fine tuning all the way around, and some of the minor detail work done to it". As a buyer that means time and $$$ to me. I would say you give a good ballpark figure.
Oh and how is it for daily driving, is it even manageable??
