FS (KY): 2004 white STi w/$10k in mods

Recently tuned @ Topspeed, making ~ 360/360 @ 19 psi.

Car has <45k miles total on it right now.
Recently installed, new OEM shortblock, has <4k miles on it.

List of mods:
sz55 fatboy turbo with IWG (no creep)
Perrin EBCS
APS dr525 fmic, black core & wrinkle red piping(brand new)
APS Bov
Samco turbo inlet hose, black
Perrin Big maf intake
PE 850cc injectors
Walbro fuel pump
Turbo xs downpipe
Brand new Koyo radiator
Invidia catback (single tip, n1 style)
Kartboy hangers
Perrin lightweight crank pulley
ACT HD street n strip clutch

Whiteline g4 coilovers (worlds better than stock)
Perrin f & r swaybars
Perrin f & r endlinks
Enkei rpf-1, 18" gold wheels ( light scrape on right front wheel)
Bridgestone re-750 235/40/18 tires with < 15k miles on them
Hawk HPS brake pads w/ Motul fluid
WRX all black interior
Kartboy short shifter
Perrin ALK

red on red defi gauges with Link unit in dash pod: Boost, egt, oil temp (egt & oil are not hooked up currently)
Eclipse 8443 cd player
Kicker 700.5 amp. White amp shroud
Kicker F & R speakers
Kicker L7 sub, currently not installed. White speaker grille
Blacked out headlights
Arm rest extension

Driver's side front window was just replaced due to a dill-hole breaking it, so it's not tinted like the rest of the car. I do have my original tint paperwork so you can get the same brand installed if you wish.

KBB on the car in 'good' condition is ~ $20,700, you can do the math on the mods.

Not really interested in trades, as I'll just be buying a gas miser style beater for now.

***The car does need to have it's right, rear wheel speed sensor, and rear 02 sensor replaced***

I'm really only looking for a car that gets 30+ mpg, and comes with at least $10k.
I prefer to sell outright though.
