In excellent condition, garaged and used as a daily commuter by a 45 year old professional. Never raced, hard launched, auto-x, off-road, donuts, etc.
Regularly maintained since new by the same mechanic at TAV racing, Miami.
I have been running pretty much the same set-up since 12k miles on the ODO.

Moderately modified it runs perfectly smooth and strong , with no oil leaks or any issues.
