I am buying a house soon and need to sell my car to be on the safe side for when my first payment on my mortgage is due. It is a black 2006 STi with 36,XXX miles on it. I just paid it off so I will have my title in a matter of days so that we can make this as easy and fast as possible. Car has oil changed every 2500-3000 miles with royal purple oil. I bought the car in July 2007 from Jim Doran subaru with 30K miles on it.
I am looking for $26,000 with all mods or maybe we can make a deal with taking some of the mods off. I will also consider trades of 600cc sport bikes plus cash. Make an offer.
