I believe the later '06 had the old motor mounts, and the earlier '06 had the liquid filled plastic mounts. When was the car manufactured?

It's not a deal breaker, but I would say it may be a concern if they are the plastic motor mounts.

Also, since I live in NY, what would be the deal with tax if I purchased your car since it is out of state, would I have to pay tax in both states, or just one? Sorry to ask but I'm not really sure about this topic.

You only pay the tax in the state where you register the car.

I have a habit of buying cars from out of state.
