Don't take offence but nobody on this forum will pay over 30k for a used STI
You could get a new one for that.

If you take the time to read and comprehend it is an ASKING price . Nowhere does it say FIRM and also below says open to offers . I would also like to know how you speak for the entire forum and what someone will pay ?
