IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2005 Trader Rating: (4) | it's time for me to move on. i never thought i'd be selling the sti, but it doesn't make sense to keep it considering my current situation. this car has been my pride and joy for the last few years. it's extensively modified, but not by me or some shade tree mechanic. andrewtech can take credit for almost all the mods on this car. every tasteful modification was carefully chosen and professionally installed. there are no ebay or subpar parts on this beast. only the best for my baby. there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car mechanically. the motor, turbo, and suspension setup work flawlessly. this car was babied and always taken to andrewtech for anything it needed, including oil changes with motul 300v every 2 or 3 thousand miles. please feel free to contact them regarding my sti and it's condition. the car has never seen a drag strip, hpde, time attack, donut's, street racing, or any type of abuse etc. many have said that it's the cleanest, best modified sti they've seen in the mid-a. ![]() suspension & chassis stiffening *RCE Tarmac II coilovers (500/400) *RCE lowering camber plates (front) *Group N tophats (rear) *Hotchkis anti-sway bars *Kartboy endlinks (rear) *Whiteline ALK *GTSpec subframe replacement braces (3 piece) *GTSpec ladder brace *GTSpec fender braces *CL Development X-Brace (chromoly) brakes *Goodrich steel braided, coated brake lines *Motul RB600 brake fluid engine/power & ecu *Andrewtech built 2.5L shortblock including: Wiseco pistons (stock bore and compression, coated) Eagle rods Calico race bearing STi crank ARP head studs *TurboXS GT Kit including: Garrett GT3076R (.63 a/r) turbo 4" turbo inlet downpipe up-pipe, externally gated w/ atm dump tube Tial 44 wastegate *TGV delete *Andrewtech flow tested 850cc injectors *Andrewtech turbo blanket *Walbro fuel pump *Fujitsubo EX equal length exhaust manifold *Tanabe Medallion Touring catback exhaust *TurboXS front mount intercooler *TurboXS UTEC w/ Speed Density tuning (tuned by Jermaine @ TurboXS) *TurboXS DTEC-BC-Pro electronic boost controller (individual boost settings per gear) *TurboXS Type-H BOV *TurboXS map sensor *TurboXS remote map selector *TurboXS Fuel Cut Defender *Aquamist 2D water injection system (water line needs repairing) *Aquamist DDS3 gauge *NRG oil catch can *GTSpec radiator shroud drivetrain *ACPT carbon fiber driveshaft *ACT 6 puck clutch *Kartboy shifter bushings (all) *SPT short shift linkage interior *Bride Gias Low Max seat (blue) (sold separately including seat rail/slider) *Bride seat rail/slider *Takata 4-point harness and pads (factory seat belts retained and fully functional) *Sparco alcantara steering wheel (blue) (sold separately including hub and horn button) *Sparco quick release hub *Sparco horn button *Defi Link Control Unit II *Defi Link 60mm gauges including: Turbo boost Oil pressure Oil temp Fuel pressure EGT *Defi 3 gauge hood *A-Pillar 3 gauge pod *TurboXS knock lite *S203 emergency button *Aspec titanium shift knob *Garagespec shifter extender exterior *SYMS replica CF wing (Paperchasin wing) *S203 replica CF lip spoiler *50% tint *Hella Supertones *BBS RG-R 18x8.5 et43 (sold separately including tires) *Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 (< 2K mile) i have plenty of stock parts, as well! total vehicle miles: ~31K shortblock & turbo kit miles: < 5K asking price: $31k please pm me if interested. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This ad is not endorsed by this member. yes, i can't believe i'm selling it either. i always said that i'd keep it forever, but wants/needs change, i guess. the syms is a possibility. let me see how the sale goes first. i'm really trying to avoid parting it out.

IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2004 Trader Rating: (14) | That's cool, I'm in the market for a Syms so I figured it was worth asking. What are you getting next? |

IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2005 Trader Rating: (4) | ^ preferably new, however, i'd buy used if i can find the right car for the right price. the problem i've found is that a lot of the used ones are priced too closely to new for me to go the used car route. all pm's returned! thx for all the interest! |

A turbo is much easier, you can order one or buy one off the lot and a lot of dealers are actually discounting them $10k off MSRP or so. Plus the turbo is just a beast, a chip and exhaust will get you close to 600hp So based on that, I'd recommend going the turbo route. Also, we recently started selling a good amount of Porsche parts so let me know when you're ready to mod the new beast
