Default FS: (MD) 2005 PSM STi, TurboXS GT30R, Andrewtech Built

it's time for me to move on. i never thought i'd be selling the sti, but it doesn't make sense to keep it considering my current situation.

this car has been my pride and joy for the last few years. it's extensively modified, but not by me or some shade tree mechanic. andrewtech can take credit for almost all the mods on this car. every tasteful modification was carefully chosen and professionally installed. there are no ebay or subpar parts on this beast. only the best for my baby.

there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car mechanically. the motor, turbo, and suspension setup work flawlessly. this car was babied and always taken to andrewtech for anything it needed, including oil changes with motul 300v every 2 or 3 thousand miles. please feel free to contact them regarding my sti and it's condition. the car has never seen a drag strip, hpde, time attack, donut's, street racing, or any type of abuse etc.

many have said that it's the cleanest, best modified sti they've seen in the mid-a.

thanks, man!

the dyno shows both 93 and 110 octane. with c16 or vp import, she will easily do over 500 whp.

thanks, dan!

yes, i can't believe i'm selling it either. i always said that i'd keep it forever, but wants/needs change, i guess.

the syms is a possibility. let me see how the sale goes first. i'm really trying to avoid parting it out.

That's cool, I'm in the market for a Syms so I figured it was worth asking. What are you getting next?

^ preferably new, however, i'd buy used if i can find the right car for the right price. the problem i've found is that a lot of the used ones are priced too closely to new for me to go the used car route.

all pm's returned! thx for all the interest!

Yeah, a new GT3...forget about it. My dad looked for months until he pretty much gave up and started modding his 4S. There were some new ones awhile back for a significant markup but now they are pretty much impossible to find. If you want a GT3, you can usually find used ones with very low miles, but be prepared to pay full MSRP.

A turbo is much easier, you can order one or buy one off the lot and a lot of dealers are actually discounting them $10k off MSRP or so. Plus the turbo is just a beast, a chip and exhaust will get you close to 600hp So based on that, I'd recommend going the turbo route. Also, we recently started selling a good amount of Porsche parts so let me know when you're ready to mod the new beast

Have you ever driven a GT3, how does it feel? If you did drive one, how did you get your behind in the driver seat of one? I would love to test drive a GT3.
