Burnin' - how long between order date and delivery date on the block with the upgrades, and what time frame did they quote on the headwork? Just curious, but it may become relevant...

I think it's about 2 weeks from order date to delivery. heads will only take 2-3 days once Cobb recieves them, plus a few days for return shipping. I'll let you know what the turn around time ends up being.

^^It's not that big a deal, but a dyno chart with MPH on the X-Axis is kinda useless. Got another one with RPM instead?

Cool, like I said it's no big deal but it'd be nice to see the rpms. I'm sure Doug can oblige.

make sure you either physically watch him check your piston to wall tolerances in oceanside, ca or pay to have someone do it locally before you install it. he cannot be trusted to check the tolerances although if he hasn't changed his quality control protocol by now he's a bigger moron than i thought. there's another crawford bobblehead disaster that is almost identical to mine with a motor sent to a guy in norway.

if you buy an s4 make sure you buy the billet crank because his standard stoker crank gets its stroke by undercutting the rod journals. my crank was was so suspect, cobb wouldn't reuse it when they saw it.

also, set aside a few grand in case you have a problem because based on my personal experience i predict you will get absolutely zip from them. best of luck.
