Best Place to Find.......

I am thinking about building a 2.5l Motor for the next STI I will be getting later. Im wanting to buy it piece by piece and assemble it myself with the heads, cams, etc that I want inside.

My question is, how hard is it to find a used EJ25 motor from an STI? Im not wanting to spend alot of money right now.

Any help would be great!

Not too hard but everyone wants almost or more than 1/2 of what a new block costs. Also, it can be a crap shoot with a used block because most likely it will be out of state and need to be shipped so it really is all based on trust of the seller. The block could be damaged and they might not even know it.
