Default How do i push the piston pin back in???

Hi.....

this is my first post on iwsti! yay.

it all began when i toasted the 4th piston ringland on my motor. I now have CP forged pistons, gapped all the rings, then went to install the pistons, but cant get the rod to stay centered with the piston pin bore so I can push the pin in, to re-connect it to the conrod.
Am i missing something? it was so damn easy to pull them out but how do i put the pins back in? any help will be greatly appreciated...... Thanks

Do you have the oil pan pulled off? How far apart is your motor? If you have the oil pan pulled off you should be able to hold on to the connecting rod and get it positioned so you can get the wrist pin back in place.

Long screwdriver, 3/8" socket extension, dead-blow hammer, and patience.

yea if you get a motor stand and spin that thing on it's side and put a rag down in there and like above use a long screwdriver and a lot of patience.
