Depends on the block. The Stage 2 block should be able to handle it just fine as long as it is tuned conservatively. If you end up tracking it alot, then it will finally spin a rod bearing or crank bearing instead of a ringland failure (or just blow out the cylinder wall).

Oh and the tranny will be fine. Your clutch will not last though.

With a GT35R setup, you will want to do valve springs so you can rev the motor a little bit higher. If you step up to the Axis stage 3 it comes with a cross drilled crank and some other good things. The cross drilled crank helps oiling at high rpm. The trans will be fine, but like gabe said, the clutch wont last.

I has 08 STI intercooler (and steak dinner)! I traded my 07 intercooler + tune I did on an 04 WRX wagon (the windshield washer tank is in the way, the 08 STI IC only fits 06+ cars).

Man that thing is huge compared to the 07 IC. I need my STI logo on it though.
