Default Orderd Brake Pads...

So on January 16th, I ordered a set of F-R Axxis Ultimate Brake Pad Set from
whole sale direct parts and I still haven't got the pads. I emailed them, and i called there number and left a message....by the way the first 3 digits are 666, which is a bad start already...lol and I have gotten no reply for the past month... Anyone have any experience or suggestiions for this situation. I have already been charged 106$.

You can always dispute the charges with your credit card company

There was a lenghty thread here last year about them. Have your credit card company assist you in cancelling this. It's my understanding that you can't be billed until the product ships. Good luck.

somethingsomething I hope you don't think I'm that guy somethingsomething

Things like this are why I'm in no rush to have a 'buy it online' website.

My experience so far is that everyone has questions that need answers - and I can never have every single item in stock at all times which you need to know before buying.

So far so good - but I wish I could type teh fAstAr.

I don't seem to sound like a dick, but this is why you go through established vendors who have a good reputation, and are on the boards living with an interest in Subarus and the people that drive them.

Now, this doesn't solve the current problem that you need new pads. My suggestion is that you call up Ken over at WRXBrakes and order through him.

Please note, I am no way at all affiliated with WRXBrakes. I am just a rather satisfied customer of his.

Interesting tidbit on this

AutoPartsWarehouse had their conference call yesterday as they are a publicly traded company. I didn't listen but was given these details.

$39,000,000 in sales
Lost $600,000
That means that little old KNS Brakes operating with 2 hardworking dudes made more than them.

Ain't America great

You cannot beat customer service and product knowledge with advertising and price. I hope the one investor who used to have $25mill (now worth $12 million as the stock halved on the news) gives someone an earful.
