get new brakes.
Use them harder.
Play the radio louder.
Get a lound exhaust
Dont use them at all.

Really, the stock pads can make a lot of nois. I usually do some hard stops and that cures it. By hard I mean FULL ON braking from 80 down to 30 or below.

Edit: you already have a loude exhaust, so Igrnore that one.

Maybe try some anti-squeal goop on the backs of the pads?

What pads are you running? Are they new or have they been replaced? If replaced was antisqueal or grease used on the backs of the pads? Have you beat on them yet? <- mine ALWAYS squeal right after a pad change. I bed them in, and then drive them for a little bit (like a few days of stop and go traffic). After they are seasoned I wail on those bad boys, and that fixes the squeal every single time.

Not really. It's just endemic to that setup. What MAY help is to pull the pads, and apply a thin layer of high temp grease to the backs of the pads and between the shim layers. Also add some to the slider pins, and to where the rattle clip rubs on the pad backing plate.

Be sure to use high temp grease and do not apply it to any of the friction surfaces.

You're in Colorado. Do you drive in snow? Do they use salt on the roads there? If yes, try a good hosing down of the brakes.

I love the reverse brake squeek when you lightly put them on.

I use an airhose and blow 'em out sometimes. It's just dust. Bad ass brakes squeek. If you want a quiet ride, you got the wrong car. It's just that the STi is such a bad mo'fo'. Racecars make noise.
