Default hawk break pad squeakin bad need help

yeah i just put my hawk hps brake pad on about a month ago and they been squeakin ever sence i dont no what going on piss me off i try everything turn the rotor clean caliper but still wont stop all 4 is squeakin. it seem like when it start 2 heat up they make that horrible squeak. it happen around when im going slow 2 a complete stop with my foot bearly on the brake padle going slow 2 stop.

My hawk pads do the same thing. I thought it was just because I didn't turn the rotors. Some say you can get a piece of 100 grit sand paper and scuff them a little bit and sometimes takes care of it.

My Hawk HP+ pads squeal a lot too. I tried putting an anti-squeel compound on the backing plate, but that only fixed it for about a week.

I also found that the squeal went away after a weekend at the track, but came back after a couple weeks.

dustynf when u try sanding down a lil did it stop squeakin. do u sand the brake or the rotor
