Default Found a groove in one of my rotors

I have a question regarding a groove in one of my rotors. I just noticed it, so I figure that I might have picked up a stone or something. The groove is only approximately 1mm thick and maybe 1/2 mm deep and is in a perfect circle. This is definitely not from regular wear. For you experts out there, is this something I should be concerned about? I will probably make an appointment with the dealership for this week or the next but I just wanted to hear some thoughts...

Thanks guys.

Unless you really wanted to I wouldn't go to the dealership. I'd pull the pad so if there is something in between it'll come loose. My bet is it's just a piece if debris / brake pad that got caught. But ultimately nothing to worry about.
