Default Brake Pad choice for a DE at Sebring

I have about 120 autocross runs on my 05 so far and the stock pads seem to be doing quite well. Lots of pad left still and always lots of dust.

In July I plan to run a drivers education event at Sebring, and I will be co-driving with my wife. We will be driving conservatively but will probably have about 1 to 1.5 hours each on course.

I have no experience with this car in a track setting as fast as Sebring. It is my assumption that one set of new stock pads would not make it for the day. Is there any pad that would make it for 3 hours at Sebring? I'm looking for suggestions and input from people with experience in a track environment.

What brake fluid are you using as well? Are you bleeding the brake system and refilling on site? Thx.
