IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2004 Trader Rating: (0)  |  Rear rotor weights? Been searching and found stock rear rotor weight and DBA rear rotor weight. Anyone have weights for.... Powerslot Stoptech Racing Brake 2 pc. Project MU or any other rear rotors for an 05 STi? I have about 1 more track day in my stock rear rotors and it will be time for new ones. I want as light as possible but also want them to absorb as much heat as possible (racing brake 2 pc. would be best I would guess). This ad is not endorsed by this member. Looks like I am gonna have to research the Project Mu SCR-PRO rear's cause they are lightest and cheaper than the Racingbrake's. |

Check out this link for the Project Mu SCR-PRO: SCR SERIES BRAKE ROTORS MATCHING LIST (ENGLISH) The one we'd want (rear rotor) is the GPRF059, with a list price of 94,000 Yen. That's about $930 with the current exchange rate, before shipping. Yikes... |

I have heard that Girodisc has a 2 piece rear rotor releasing in the near future (or has already been released) that is lighter than the OEM rotor.
