Exclamation HELP: Removing Rotor

I just finished replacing my wheel studs with the NISMO longer ones on the Passanger Rear side. After figuring out the "tricks" I got it done.

I'm trying to do my Drivers side REAR and for the life of me I can't get the rotor off...

Doesn't matter how hard I bang it with the rubber malet it's not budging...

What else could be holding it on?

And Yes, I have removed all 3 bolts. 2 17mm Brake Callaper, and the 12mm ALB sensor.

The e brake is off as well...

How can I get this thing off???

Thanks,

Jay

Nothing was holding it on...

I just had to put in a couple screws into the hub and push it out...

I guess they are there for a reason! lol

The e-brake shoes can make the rear rotors hard to remove too. The rotor may have been a little easier to get off if you had retracted them a little bit before you pulled the rotor off. you may have to retract the e-brake shoes when you put the rotor back on if you do not do it when you pull off the rotor. Sounds to me like you didn't have any trouble though, jay. just posting for posterity if someone ever searches this in the future.

Thanks Snorky!

I took it for a drive after I was all done and was just wating for something to fall off/clunk/break/sweek but it was un-eventfull! Thank God!

I always get that feeling of anxiety after doing something to the car and take it out for the first time... lol
