Default Need opinion on brake problem

Need some opinions here as I try and diagnose a problem I have. Few days ago noticed squeeking from one corner and figured its the pads as they have quite a few miles on them. Odly I had looked at them last time I rotated tires and they seemed to have quite a bit of life left.
Bottom line is right rear pad is completely shot worn down almost completely but all 3 of the other corners of the car are evenly worn with several times more pad material left on them. I have never seen this before and have to imagine
1. Stuck caliper? This is an 06 with only daily driving use on it so that would supprise me.
2. Parking brake issue? Still wouldn't explain why only 1 side and not the other in the back.
3. Any other ideas?

stuck caliper. That would be my bet big time. The pots froze up for some reason. Happened to me on my integra once, but that was after like 8 years, so it's bizarre that it would do it on such a young car. Sounds exactly what happened to mine though.

Not the parking brake for sure as it uses different pads on the inside of the rotor hat.

My bet would be a stuck caliper too. It's definitely not your parking brake because like rmo said it is basically a drum brake inside the hat of your rear rotor.

Do you still have a valid warranty? If so then I would take it into the stealership and have them take a look at it.

A couple more possibilities:

1. A clogged or collapsed brake line/hose that doesn't allow the caliper to release pressure on the pads after braking. (happened to me on a Honda Accord).
2. Improperly lubricated caliper that doesn't allow the brake pads to slide on the pad guides.

I am also in agreement that it is a caliper issue and of course its not the parking break that was a brain fart. I am just ouside of warranty so I am pretty anoyed with the situation. The car has almost 50K on it BUT that is ALL highway as all 3 of the other original pads look like they have plenty of life in them. Anyone know where I can get the brembo rebuild kit for the rear caliper(s)? I plan to get it all taken apart tonight and hopefully the issue will be visually apparent. I also want to see what the fluid looks like to narrow things down. Anyone else ever seen this on an STI? I would think the quality of those brembos would put this kind of thing out of the question. Are there any other posiblilites like a wheel bearing or something?

If possible a tiny bit more input would be usefull before I start tearing everything appart tomorrow. Uppon more thorough inspection only the outside pad was shot inside still looked the same as the rest of the car. That points to the caliper but odly that piston didn't seem severly stuck when I took the caliper off and just pushed it down with my thumbs. Still scared its something odd with the bearing/hub but either way its all getting taken appart this weekend.
