Well, we do not recommend going below the magical, 14" front and 13.5" rear, number from the center of the hub to the fender, simply because at that point if you start to go lower, you will negatively affect your handling. With that said, once they are yours you can set them as low as you want, which is very low. About 13" front and 12.5" rear which is slammed.

No, they are the regular street rotors. The 4000's would be an extra $107.
