Whiteline sport ALK

The question always is - what the heck is this think. Our buddy Nick Luhr gives the best explanation so we borrowed it.

Stiffer bushing gives a more solid mounting point for the suspension which does a few things. Most important of these is better toe control at speed/braking and crisper turn-in. Any stiffer aftermarket bushing (including the STI group N part) does this.
Extra caster which gives a stronger on-center feel to the steering as well as more "dynamic camber" during cornering.
Removes the anti-lift and anti-dive characteristics of the stock suspension. What this means is that it effectively softens your front suspension's movement during fore/aft weight transfer which allows the wheel to follow the road a little better during acceleration/braking in a corner.

This one is the comfort version. It's softer than the sport, but still stiffer than the stock bushings. If you're looking for a good balance of comfort, quiet, and suspension improvement then get this one.

Ok - here's the deal on the springs and swaybars -

The stock springs are too soft for a bar at 24mm or above. What I mean by this is the cross chassis loading becomes too great, and you end up lifting an inside rear wheel. This is a bad thing as despite the car having all those nice LSDs they do not have enough of a locking factor to account for a wheel in the air. End result is that you can't put power down until that tire settles back onto the ground.

To combat this you want stiffer springs.

What springs - well, the swift R-specs, RCE Blacks, and RCE Yellows are great for this.
