is 20mm about an 1 1/2" drop?

no....20mm = just under 0.8 inches

once the springs settle approximately how much will it be lowered or is it pretty much going to be 1" drop? Also, ride quality....is it improved over stock? I live in southern california so some of the roads i drive on are not that great. Thanks for any input!

You are looking at about .8-1" drop all around.
As far as ride, it is a bit stiffer then stock. But not by a huge ammount.
This is the least lowering spring on the market, as well as one of the smoothest.

Prodrive UK has decided to stop making Drop Springs. So when we found out, we bought the remaining stock.

No this is not true. As Prodrive has been building the SWRT cars for the last 10+ years. And I dont see this happening.
