FS (IA): Koni adjustable shocks- BEST MOD EVER FOR 04 STI

Well I hated to do it but i traded my awesome 04 STi in and have some tasteful mods to sell.

Koni Adjustable Yellow shocks:

If you haven't read the reviews on these in the suspension section read up on them. These are bar none the very best mod on my STI. In full soft the car rides like any normal car, no bobble head, no rough BAM's over heaved pavement, nothing, freaking awesome. In full stiff the car did a drivers class and it handled very very well in fact a little better then some STI with stock struts and upgraded springs and sways. I had stock springs and sways on mine.

Price $500 all mounted in 02 wrx strut bodies ready to bolt up to your 04 sti (will not work on 05+ sti sorry)

Group N front strut tops $70

They have less then 5000 miles. I'll get some picts up. These are really a sweet mod to the 2004 STI's!

I would be upset if they didn't make it 70,000+ miles like a normal shock. I wouldn't worry about life, these were never raced just one driving event that was it. Otherwise 5K miles of street use.

I was driving the car today with the stock struts and OMG i forgot how bad they were and how much rattles I have in the dash now. I get my new truck today so it will be gone sure will miss that car the STI is the best car I have owned to date.

There is no way anybody would be disappointed in these shocks.

Just to clarify when you buy brand new konis they are a insert into a existing wrx strut body that you have to gut the stock part out of it then modify the body to house the strut insert then they are ready to bolt up. These are already in modified wrx strut bodies, pull them out of the box and bolt them up. I paid $200 for the donor wrx struts. As a bonus I will include a brand new rear insert that I have (ended up with one extra) you could sell. I also have stock top hats that I can include as well. Thanks!

I think the one second to the right is blown. To my knoledge they should completely extend after being compressed. Are you familuar with this?

Sold! They are oil filled so they do not extend fully on thier own.
