Talking SOLD wheels, still have tires: 18x8.5 RE30's, Diamond Black w/ fresh Toyo Proxes T1Rs

Sick wheels. Decided I would rather spend the money on suspension at the moment.

They are PERFECT, not a scratch, and the tires look almost brand new. I bought these from a guy in Norcal last week for $2450 cash and that's what I'm looking for... I had them on my car for a few days but didn't ever drive the car hard, so I'm firm on that price.

These are in perfect condition and the tread on the tires is practically unworn, so that's what they look like. =) I can also post pics of them on his white '05... sick sick sick. Great looking wheels. Glad I tried them!

For those that don't know, these are RE30s made by Ray's with a special forging process just for Volks. The wheel/tire package would cost about $3300 new (without shipping and taxes) I believe, so this is a healthy discount. These are 18x8.5 +52mm with 235 40 ZR18s - a well-rated tire for all around use. The wheels weigh 17lbs each and to ship them across country with full packing and insurance, it would be $300, just so you know if you're interested for some reason. =) Would rather sell them locally, but am happy to ship. =)

Gorgeous, perfect wheels, new tires, killer deal.

300 dollar shipping? No offence, but what are you smoking? I shipped 4 5zigen GN+ rims from NJ to Florida for 60 dollars with insurance, UPS. Granted, they had no tires on them but I can't see that accounting for an additional 240 dollars.

Well, that's what it says on the Ray's web site. And actually, I knew that... but thats what they say... maybe the lit is from a few years ago?

...
Why you gotta be an ass like that? Thanks for the bump, anyway.

I checked at the UPS store across the street. These have Toyos on them too... They're 45 lb each that way. How heavy were the wheels? These are 17 lbs each alone, no tires. And how did you package them? Was is $2500 worth of insurance? And did you insist that they were packed in 12cy of popcorn? I'm not taking any chances...

Btw, that's not just shipped up the coast a couple of hundred miles. That's across country, more than three times as far. Note I'm in Cali? So yeah, other than that... More than twice the weight and three times the distance. 60x2x3= 280, look at that...

So actually, I'm not smoking anything. Thanks for trying to make me look like a jerk though, that was nice.
