Talking FS: (LI,NY) RacecompEngineering Tarmac II Coilovers and Plates...

RCE Tarmac II coilovers with 600lbs/500lbs springs (400lbs springs included but have slight rust where paint cracked off...again, these are EXTRA springs and not needed to be used). The T2s have RCE Lowering front camber plates and GroupN rear mounts already mounted...these are ready for you to remove your stock units and install these....bolt-on easy. The units are one year old, fronts have under 4K miles and rears have under 1K miles on them, only mounted for last summer, taken off to run stock struts/springs for winter...NEVER SEEN SNOW/SALT.

Racecomp Engineering Tarmac 2 coilovers are comprised of stainless steel dampers mated to linear race springs, incorporating a 2 way design with separate compression and rebound adjustments, motorsports level spring rates, composite locking perches with safety perches added, piggyback reservoirs on all front dampers, and will feature a limited lifetime warranty. Racecomp Engineering chose KW Suspension to co-brand the Tarmac 2 coilovers due to their remarkable racing heritage, consistent and impressive build quality, and phenomenal presence and support in the United States. Racecomp Engineering and KW Suspension have jointly worked on and added many differentiating options and features to the design of an already tried and proven damper. After emerging as an exceptional knowledge resource for Impreza suspension applications through years of first hand experience with nearly every suspension option available for the Subaru Impreza, Racecomp Engineering can now provide their own solution that truly caters to the core of Subaru track day and race enthusiasts.

Retail:
RCE Tarmac IIs - $1995
RCE Lowering mounts front - $420
Group N rear mounts - $240
Total = $2700 shipped

I'm selling these for $2000 or best offer...shipped to your door. They are in perfect cosmetic and mechanical condition (no rear clunk) and I'm only selling them because I am buying a dedicated track car for this season (having a second son and need to keep the STI for my daily/family car).

There is little/no lean and they are super smooth.... the best coilovers I've ever had. AND RIDE HEIGHT IS ALREADY SET!!!! JUST BOLT ON AND DRIVE!!!!.

Be good,
TomK

It'd be a shame to split them, but I figure $1500 for the T2s without the plates/rears. I do have someone interested in the front plates...

Be good,
TomK

I guess Myles would be the one to ask... Keep in mind, I have tested these and can say they perform perfectly.

They are tits perfect...wish I could put them on my next car. Of all the items I've bought for my cars, all of them, the TarmacIIs are the single most impressive...a bargain....the best I ever had...

Be good,
TomK

My friend might be interested in the entire combo. I'll let him know about this.

Oh yeah!!! I installed a new GroupN rear mount and that did the trick. Now they are absolutely sorted and set-up, ride-height is perfectly set and they're ready to be bolted on and aligned.

Thanks for adding to my post, though... another good thing is that my coilovers have less than 4K miles on them and dont' need to be re-built like ones that have 10K miles on them...but I'll keep that information to myself for now...
Good luck with the sale of your T2s....

Be good,
TomK
