A nice stretch of highway. I usually wait on the shoulder until I have a clear shot. Get to 110mph and call it a day.

Very best place is local drag way. New England Dray way for example has street nights Wednesday and Fridays. So you can do as many pulls as you can fit in for 20 bucks. You will piss off some people though when you granny shift and then start your 3rd or 4th gear pull. You need a helmet at most tracks If you're running lower than 14's.

Long 1/2 mile straight on-ramp that starts with a traffic light is where I did mine for BrenTuning.

Op, BrenTuning had me do multiple 2500 - redline pulls for my Stage 1 etune, and I had zero issues. Obviously if you start seeing knock or overboost there, they want to clean it up. Still having no issues with their tune, and car dyno'd quite nicely at Boxerfest for only being Stage 1.

Thanks guys. I've tried to roll on in 3rd gear to do the "knock detector" add on for torque and even then I usually don't have enough room to commit I'm sure I could find enough of a straight away if i looked enough, my concern is that I wouldn't realize it's a place they like to run radar after all etc.

Drag strip is a great idea, I will have to see if I can find a 1/4 mile track, I know at least one local one is 1/8th mile :-/

Thanks for this! I just had my first revision and there is a tiny bit of knock. The car feels good and can't wait to get all dialed in.

I have a normal spot on the freeway I use. It's a fairly flat solid highway that has very low traffic at night.

I do my gear pulls from 2500 - as close to redline as I can get while still keeping my main focus on the road. Normally I'm out of it a bit early... . around 6700. This is in 3rd gear.

I do 4th gear pulls from 2k to reline on a bit of quiet highway. The more power, the easier it is to get a good run.

Does anyone with a '17 log directly to the tactrix module? Has anyone with a '17 gotten Learning View to work?
