The 2nd shot is obviously the one Subaru just released. I'm sure all the beauties on NASIOC have now begun their '08 proclamations again since the 1st pic released caused quite the stir....

Looks good though Serious fender flares, agressive... everything the STI should be.

that first picture looks differant to, almost like a differant angle. like they give you a lower profile view.

but that rear end does not look so appealing, atleast in that picture.....

Yeah the first pic is different and the second looks like the car sits up high and tall... like its top heavy..

All in all though, I'm likeing it more and more every day..

Especially if it does have 320hp+ and is lighter..

Those Evo X specs, so far, are dissapointing.. (295ish hp and heavier than the IX)

I liked the first pic but I agree the 2nd one makes it appear to sit too high. I wish Suabru would early release the photos like Mitsu did earlier this week.

Too high? All the other ones were too high also, school bus-y imo.
What you want is something that you can work with I'm sure this thing dropped will look great. And I also heard it was lighter, anything I can get in that department is welcome with open arms.
Lighter with the same HP = faster so even your mods will go farther. Lets hope it gets a slight bump under the curve at least if not peak HP and I'll be in line waiting for one.

(has anyone heard if they are still coming out with a 2 door model? I know it was a rumor before)

hmmm...

i just might wait a bit and try to pick one up at the end of 08, will wait and see about performance after a DP /ecu flash and sways. the front end of that car is pretty mean in the newer 'ring photos with less camo on it. i don't mind a hatch at all either. all in all, i like it.
