well if its anything like all of subaru's other recent announcments, they'll be letting us know that they're switching to a different brand of break pads for the rally car.

Ok I ask my local dealer and he told me it was the release of the sti two door, closed deck. It'll have 400hp as an answer to the MR and they'll be getting five of the first 300 made. J/K I can only dream.

Well, a new Justy is being released in Europe.

But I doubt they consider the Justy a "legend"

Anyone have a swf decompiler with them? Maybe we can see what that flash script will do when the timer expires. Not saying to do it, just a though

Subaru has something brewing..............there have been no confirmed pics of the new STi.......the new Evo came out with its press release.......and its pretty freaking sweet with its power/handling. Subaru has something coming......I think it will shock all .

Why did I have to click on this thread! Now I won't be able to sleep at night...ok maybe not that dramatic. But lets just say I'll suspend my aftermarket turbo thoughts for a few weeks .

The P2 would make a great anniversary present for us hard cores. The reasoning behind this iss that I doubt Prodrive would just build the P2 without some good reason.
Subaru does really good at keeping the secret a secret.

if they build something of 22b proportions i would sell my sti in a heart beat. they have to do something epic for their 50th anniversary. Don't they?!!

The P2 is a one off car. Prodrive makes them all the time... rally cars.

I have to agree that subaru is doing an excellent job of keeping this a secret.

i subscribed to the text message and email update. Even if its a brat/justy... no, wait, i'll be pissed if it is.

Well I emailed subaru asking them what the countdown was for. lol. Heres what John said:

"Thanks for your interest. Sorry, can't help with this question. There is a purpose as to why there is no information on this countdown on ourWeb site. It is to gain interest in Subaru. Once the countdown is over, information will be available on what this countdown is for.

I hope that you have a great weekend!"

I seriously dont think I will sleep the night before the countdown is up. I will be on my computer right when it is over.

I'd bet it will redirect to another page that they'll put up right before it's time.

Judging by subaru's talent for keeping things under wraps, i doubt we could figure it out with a tool that an 11 yr old could use.
