what's the point of the current version wing on new 08? did you guys notice that?
it doesn't look at bad. not as bad as when prototype 06 came out. i remember everyone hated 06 design. but everyone seens to like it.

this one is already grown on me. so its not too bad. But too bad its not the real thing

Not for those with FMIC's. I wouldn't be surprised if the 08 looked a lot like the one we see here. The spoiler looks kind'a funny though.

Not to argue, but I bought an 05 used because I didnt (and still dont) like the 06/07 front.

Not to argue? Said right before you went ahead and did it .

There is a definite pattern.

People with 04/05's ... like 04/05's.
People with 06/07's ... like 06/07's.

Go figure.

For some reason, though, it does seem like the 04/05 owners are far more likely to get all bent out of shape about it. Always pointing out how much they hate the newer body style. Methinks it is not so simple as just not liking it.

I was just making a point. The argument wouldnt start until he came back and said "NUH-UH!!" and then i'd say "UH-HUH!" and so on. Im not saying I wont like the 08, because I havent seen it yet I just havent been impressed by many of the chops that people are releasing.

The front is okay but the rear is pretty ugly. I'm really diggin the EVOX, they look good.

I like the 06/07 but I couldn't afford one at the time, nor could I wait any longer. I hope a 4 door is offered for the STi. Wagons are cool but only wagon STi would suck.

It's photoshopped. There is no place for the wing to sit on. Fake...

I'm not too hot about the new design.

I'd pick my 05 STI over that anyday.

Default 08 Impreza and STI information

This could be a repost, but I do not have the time to search and thought this might be of interest to IWSTI enthusiasts:

The 08 Impreza is scheduled to launch at the end of Summer (already mentioned elsewhere), but the 08 STI will not be launched until January while Subaru coordinates with the Rally program/platform.

It does not make sense to me at all, but there you have it!

If you want to watch some good videos, check out www.subie.tv or just click the image in my signature for the best Subaru video of all time!
