No thank you...

I like the Mazda 3 hatch look tho... it almost looks like a sedan, but its hatch, I hope the STi comes out like that.

I dislike the previous generation R32. This new one looks jsut like a Rabbit.

The R32 was also quite a bit overpriced, and underperforming. The VW dealership near my house had a used 2000 or 2001 (I forget exactly) R32 for something over $35K, which is ridiculous.

If this is how it looks then I would hold out for the '08. I'd rather it be a sedan or 3 door hatch but this rendering isn't so bad. I just hope they learned their lesson with the LTD version and offer a version with wing delete, leather, and a sunroof.

Agree. Still I like this R32 better than those STI chops. Something doesn't look right. Proportions, angles...I don't know, some crap chop I hope. JMO.

I really like this without the current rear wing stuck on the back. I don't think there will be a wing below the glass. However I can see a more pronounced wing at the top for the production car.

WRC cars that this is going after look a bit different.

The Skoda is a 5 door hatch.

Hopefully the three door hatch will look more sporty, like a late 90's DSM. No fat, square drop-off ass please. That would actually be pretty sweet.

i agree that it s a more upscale car, but it lacks only 100hp

as for the 08 sti hatch, i`ll own one if there is 350hp or more, with a 400 hp potential from cobb stage 2 .
i like hatchbacks , i`m a daddy now

If it has less than 330 HP and 330 Torque I'm getting a 07, and what's with the 2.0 Liter engine rumors? WHY in the hell would you get a smaller engine?

That is still the displacement of the JDM STi. Thats where the rumors are coming from. The rumors are all about overseas models not USDM models.
