If you take the stats of the current WRC car, and convert from N-m to lbf-ft it is just shy of 400 lbs of torque with 300 (restricted) hp. So considering in the same paragraph he was talking about the wrc car, i'd say it's a safe bet that those numbers are for the new WRC car.
BTW, i think that it looks hot.

I know they are hatch but...I was hoping for a more fresh look and not a cosmetic touch up.

Ugly, like an 06 mazda3 with a body kit



Still looks like an 06 with that new body kit that deletes the wings...



I like the hood on this one but is going the mazda way. Argh!

All I got to do is buy the kit form "I forgot the comapnay name" and mine will look just like this...not so much of a fresh look after all. Bummer!
