...or you could talk to professional tuners about how unreliable it is. Or you could look at the specs and see that it can't read as wide an A/F range as others. I based my statement about the AEM WB on both experience AND professional tuner's statements, not because of what I own.

![]() Haha that is so pathetic. Name names? Mike from Synapse, Eric from Hybridynamics to name a couple tuners that give the AEM unit a By the way, I'm EXTREMELY ANTI-Obama. You're the one using the typical liberal argument of "You're stupid, I'm not." And if I can't refute you're statement, then what makes you able to refute mine? We'll let the original poster be the judge.

IWSTI Addict since: May 2008 Trader Rating: (0) | Hey, you guys might want to cool it b4 the mods see this going on and slap you both. OP, do a search, I myself started a couple of threads on the subject, asking the same question. A lot of people ended up recommending the LC-1, which is what I ended up getting. To answer your question, I'd say go with the wideband, because it gives you a more detailed reading. The Narrowband can just pretty much tell you if you're at 14.7, above or under, while the WB will give you an exact AFR value. Also, search for WolfPlayer's WB O2 sensor vs. Stock O2 sensor analysis, I believe there's a link in his journal. Good luck! |
