Default Break-in affecting: Transmission- Differentials, DCCD,

I'm just wondering if I am doing any harm during break in period by driving a bit fast around corners.. now I'm not doing anything that breaks the tires loose or go super fast (like max 50KM/H on 75degree left or right turns) and some 30-40KM/hr small circles in parking lot etc... nothing that induces sliding or oversteer..

Also been swapping the VDC/DCCD settings alot.. so not sure if that helps it or hinders it

As long as you dont lock the diff when doing those small circles you'll be golden. Dont worry about it, basically. its a strong car. you'll need a lot more than 50km/hr to break it

I usually "blip" the throttle to keep it at 4500-5000 RPM, then as SOON as I start dumping the clutch, I floor it. T/C turned off, DCCD to manual second click from the bottom setting. Seems to work VERY well...

Don't worry about it. Seriously those 6 speeds are VERY strong and take upto 500hp without too much issue(well if you suck at driving stick then you'll eventually break it). If you want to break everything in well you want to give it quite a bit of throttle to help seat the rings, just don't go over 4500 RPM for too long. Also alot of engine braking. Engine braking helps the break in alot for the engine and transmission. It helps spit out crap out of the cylinders and it gets your diffs some time with forward resistance.

Yeah I've read so far that STI transmissions are one of the best... compared to like EVO's or even the lower Impreza trims (like my 06 WRX).. I just wanted to make sure there's no super babying needed in the first 1600KM to "break-in" any parts of the driveline, like I think I read one post somewhere about how the differentials need time to break in so you shouldn't corner fast to make the limited parts work or something lol.. well I'll go the way I am for now, I won't do 120KM/HR 90degree turns.. which is not possible anyway on roads and shouldn't be done...

It can be done if your road is a racetrack... Good luck with the new car & the break in.
