Hey everyone, just got a few questions, people who are in the States can also answer if they can. I just don't get some of the fees they charged me, as for the MSRP prices, trade -in of my 06 wrx, those I don't really care. The fees really questioned me, just wondering if anyone else in GTA or in states got charged them or the amount. How I compared was for my 06 WRX, which shouldn't differ THAT much but hell it did by a few thousand dollars.. lol. I'm not at home so this is top off my head... 1. PDI is now Pre-Delivery + Freight, 2 diff things. so PD: 1495 or something, and Freight is 395 or 295.... so extra few hundred bucks.. is this normal across all Subaru? 2. Security package: $299 or something.. I thought this is standard in all WRX/Impreza/STI whatever, why am I getting charged more for it? Do I get a special super security system? If I am, sure I'll pay it, whatever, but I thought it was included. 3. Admin fee: doubled from 06, 399 lol, 400 bucks for what? whatever can't really argue that one... There is probably a few more but I can't remember but it cost like $1500 more than my WRX in just fees that has nothing to do with the car. Just wondering what other people got?

These are all just hidden (or not so hidden) fee's that some dealers choose to include. They are NOT standard at all dealers, aside from delivery charges. Some dealers charge NOTHING on top of the standard freight and price of the car.

I'd say shop around... if they want you as a customer, they shouldn't be charging extra B.S. like that.

The only BS I would think is the security thing, it was "typed" out, unless they give me something better than factory I don't think I should pay that.... I don't know why they split freight and PDI thing...
