Default Jealousy or just plain unlucky???

This morning I looked around my car and saw 4 small red paintball marks on the back right of my sti!! must've happened sometime between work yesterday and at night at a restaurant parking lot..(parked in my house garage at night).... three of them were in relative proximity and the 4th one was a few feet away, so it has to be malicous intent... WTF!! I've already had some punk kids toss firecrackers at my new car (posted about it in azawd.org general a few months ago... find it if you want)... now paintballs?? grrr!! why can't they leave a nice new car in peace!!! Sad

Any other '08 STI owners encounter similar issues?

Jealousy. They are probably just some punk kids who are going to have to drive their moms 96 corolla when they finally get their license.

It would depend on what the pressures were set at on the gun...theres another guy on here that did get dented because of paint balls.

Theres a chance that the paintballs that hit the other guys car were frozen.. Cause you can do that and then causes more damage.

just be thankful that you can get the spots out.

i have a black 96 impala SS parked in my apt complex for some time. two months ago, some very ghetto people have moved into my complex and guess what? they've been marking their territory on my SS not only did they tag it up they keyed my baby up on every panel... i was so upset and mad but theres nothing i can do... i did make a police report cuz i will need that for my insurance. i can't prove that they did it and had to take the SS to a safe house for the time being. luckily the car has full insurance so im simply going to get her a new paint job this summer.

jealousy or unlucky, its both for me...

I beat the piss out of a lad right in front of his girlfriend for throwing a snowball with a rock in it at my 06. I didn't dent the car but it sure sounded bad. I don't recommend taking such extreme measures but dammit, it felt good...
