Anyone else's 08 come with this shift knob? I'm trying to figure out what kind it is. It Also has a few different fancy little decals you can put around the base.

I know it's weird, the emblem on the console is like some little rubber sticker or something that comes with the knob?
It has the STI logo on it with the shift map on it. I guess it's there so i don't forget where the gears are

The Knob has a pretty cool feeling, it's kind of has like a light frosted texture. But I swear , when i got into my car today that knob must have been over 100 degrees, burned like hell everytime i touched it.. i had to point the AC vent right on it to cool it down.

That is one of the only problems with the ferrous metal knobs, they suck up the heat like crazy. Try having a black Prodrive knob in the dead summer!

I'm pretty sure it's required by law to have that somewhere, and since it isn't on the knob like a stock shifter they made a sticker.

I also have that shift knob (bought it used from a local enthusiast) and I love it. Mine didn't come with the stickers/stripe for the base of the knob though. I need to track down how I can just get a sticker so it doesn't look so odd. Any ideas if just the sticker/stripe can be ordered?
