Find a wheel repair shop and have them do it. If you cant find a place or they wont do it, get them sandblasted and find a painter or powdercoater.

why not sell the wheels on e-bay and get some already blackened ones? there are some nice options out there, that weigh even less than the BBS's?

IMO I really think the black wheels are going to be played out in a couple years.

Kinda on the same subject, but what would it cost to get the standard wheel chromed? It would be much better looking than silver paint on them.

black does look good, but i think its gonna be over done in the future as well.... start adding your own flare, like the time attack stripe, maybe do something special.... i got some of my own ideas

No matter how they do it chroming them will add considerable amounts of weight. Alsa makes a new type of paint that looks almost exactly like chrome and only weighs as much as paint. I'd look into that.

I wrote a how-to on the subject (How to Paint Your Wheels (the right way))... One thing missing from the how-to, though: I recommend applying 3-5 light coats of clear after the painting process to ensure they are chip free. I will say a rattle can job will work if you are willing to respray every year or so. The products applied in the how-to are quality automotive-grade adhesives, paints, and finishes... they will last a lifetime if properly applied.
