I am also interested in what the stock five spokes might be worth. Looks like ~$900 if in good shape? Seems on the low side to me...

I'm quite surprised at how many people out there like the stock wheels. It is almost a 50/50 split. I figured most would go for the BBS wheels - resulting in lower price on 5 spoke. Darn!

They actually look quite good....just not as good as the BBS. That, and they are really heavy!

I just ordered an 08 STI with the stock wheels. Was planning on selling them immediately because I'm getting some Enkei RC-T4s for summer setup.

Now I'm actually thinking of keeping them for winter because the look is growing on me and my wife really likes them.

The prices you guys are throwing around, is that with or without the tires? I've seen some oem 5 spokes sets selling for between $1200-$1500 with tires, low mileage of course. I myself bought a set and love the look, and they are way easier to clean than the stock Limited rims.

Call me goofy but I don't really like the '08 BBS wheels. I did love the gold '05 set on my '05 WRB though. I really like the new standard silver ones (5 spoke). If they just weren't so damned heavy.

i'm in socal and will be upgrading wheels shortly as well and will have my 5 spokes up for sale soon.

My (08) BBS silver for your stockers plus you give me $300 and you pay shipping?
about 5k miles no curbage, just a little dirty. I just got the OK from the wife. I wanted to do this when I first got the car, but she wapce'd on me. Now all is ok.
