Default AP owners mpg gain?

How much did you mpg improve over stock? Im sure most of you are running in sport or sport #, but I am wondering how much it has improved in I mode.

I drive in "I" about 40 miles on the highway and I am seeing roughly a 1 mpg increase at 70mph.

I was hoping for more than 1 mpg in I mode. I have put on over 6k in three months and most of my miles are on the highway at 70-75mph. 1 mpg is better than nothing though.

Last week I was driving home late and was feeling lazy so I went the speed limit (~50-55) and I got almost 30mpg...at first I thought it was off, but it stayed at like 29.4-29.7 for most of the drive home...it even hit 30.0 mpg for a couple minutes. This was incredible considering I normally get about 20 (traffic)-22 (no traffic)mpg on the highway.

Yes it was in I mode, but I was going 50-55mph there is no way I could drive that way all the time.

I forgot all about the economy map. I might try this tomorrow.

I went up 1mpg per map. 1 mpg for Stage 1 over stock and 2 mpg for Stage 2 over stock. I gained another mpg when I ditched my wing. I am looking to gain another 1-2 after my protune.

1 MPG gain, over 1000 miles on S#, stage 1.

I am consistently getting 21 MPG driving with A/C, 70% semi-congested highways and aggressive acceleration when possible.

I still have not checked out those features on the AP. I will check them out and report back.

If you reflashed stg 1 and you do the realtime flash for economy mode it resets back to stg 1 after right?

For each 5mph above 65 fuel consumption increases drastically. It's not a linear realationship. I'm not advocating driving the thing like a grandma, but don't expect miracles from the AP. If you really want to conserve on your commute then change your driving habits. Buy the AP for big torque increase. Keep it 10mph slower and stay out of boost if you want better fuel economy.
