anyone intersted in a K&N prototype? So Cal only

i have a friend who hooked me up with a K&N contact that was interested in finding a stock non modified 08 sti for their prototyping of their K&N kit. i was originally contact about 2 months ago... since then, my car has been modded and is not stock anymore...

if anyone is interested in so cal, (k&n is in riverside, ca) please send me a PM and i'll let you know who and how to contact at k&n. your car must be stock and preferably broken in already. they will require you to leave the car for approx 4-5 days and will give you a loaner in the mean time. after testing, the k&n kit is yours.

Dyno abuse isn't worth the kit, but that is my opinion.

i think this is probably one of the main reason they haven't been able to find a willing volunteer.

anyway, just thought maybe someone would be interested which is why i posted it up.

I had a K&N short ram on my 05 STi and it had tremendous heat soak.
