So I picked up my new sti tonight :)

Finally! I got it for 33,695, invoice was ~34,200. WRB, base model obviously. I got it with 9 miles and it now has ~75 miles on it. I LOVE IT! I also got a bomb rate on financing, 4.9% @ 60 mo with a cosigner. I will post up pictures later, but I have to say its very fun in stock form. I am going to sick my brand new AP on it later tonight

Oh man...I took it for a VERY spirited drive through backroads tonight -- this sucker has GRIP! Brakes felt nice too...the AP helped a ton :-D

give it some time to learn fuel and timing, and for your IAM to come up to 1 before romping on it

It will take about a tank of gas for that to happen, so take it easy for now, and congrats!!!!!

Congrats man. I just picked mine up two weeks ago and am still riding the high. I'd wait on hooking that AP up just yet though. Might as well drive the first 1000 miles in grandmother fashion, change the oil, then go for sh*#.

I'm holding off on ECU mods (although I loved the AP on my old wrx) until I hear longer term results on these '08's.

You 08 owners could do us all a favor and try forcing it to go to 1 and verify by datalogging
