Good deal? I got an offer....

I asked the dealership to sell a base WRB STI to me for $33,000 which is around 600 under invoice, but around 1,000 under invoice because it has the ipod integration, shock sensor, auto dimming homelink mirror etc so it had an invoice of around 34,000. Think I should go with it? I might push a little harder and talk to this other dealership but, what do you guys think?

The only thing that gets me is they have to steal it from another stealership (its what stealerships do

) and some old guy has to drive it like 90 miles here. -.-

tell them you'll buy it but it needs to be trailered. heck my mom did that on her 08 2.5i and they threw it on a truck without any problems. She just ahd to wait an extra week to get it that's all.

haha Yeah they say an "Old Retired Man" BS!!! Prolly some young guy having a good time with the car doing all sorts of mean stuff lol who knows what they do. I chose for a shipment to come in at the end of the month, theres no way i was gonna have someone drive my car hours away...

BS, mine was delivered on a truck form Colorado....
demand truck delivery and be done with it

my car was driven in from 200 miles away, the trucking option was $500. i dont want anyone to drive my car but, im not that anal.

I sold it private party, but still got screwed. 17k for an 06 wrx 30k miles good condition with sti interior. :|.

So it turns out the dealer they were gona steal it from doesn't want to give it up...so I gave that dealer a call haha and I'm seeing if they can match it.
