I bought it in Feb. and waited for the mud flaps so once I installed them it was road ready, coming back from having installed d3 i'm traveling on a straight away and approaching a tee in the raod which has a stop sign and a women runs the stop I look and say to myself NOOOOO!!! My reaction was to move into on coming lane to try to avoid this but she turns right into me. I seen the gap closing and it sounded like a shot gun going off by your head and everything went white. next thing i'm stopped and her mercury marnier drivers wheel is on my hood, and i get out and say what the ----.
everybody walked away fine except my car, drove it for 6 days and then GONE.
She was ticketed for failing to stop. insurance sucks i'm out at least $2000 maybe more.

Is there no way for you to collect from her insurance the $2000 loss? I'm assuming thats your downpayments, taxes etc? Seems to me that a $40K car w/ 1250 miles totaled by a Soccer Mom should have no financial penalty to you. Sorry for your loss friend. Glad you are ok though and didn't get hurt.

And don't ever put Legacy badges on your car again.

1250 miles equals used car, so long story made short i'm out tax money more or less. insurance co. qouted d3 with bt xm at $480 with only operating 2 hours, needless i removed it with everything else. getting some quotes now from the dealer they came down $200 I guess they feel alittle simpathy.

good to here you are fine but too bad they would not allow you to strip out some parts so you can sell them.

u should buy it and part it out. u can pull the motor and tranny and interior and prolly get more then u would pay for it by auction.
