I gotta be honest and say that I was not a big fan of the 08 at first but once I saw it myself it really grew on me. The dealership where I got my 07 has 3 08s. The DGM and WRB in gold BBS are awesome I have to say and really makes the body of the car really stand out for some reason more than the other colors. I love my 07, but selling it now would be stoopid and just downright not a very smart idea. I plan on getting either the next Z or an 09 STI as I really want to see what Subaru does to the STI... all I am hoping really is they add Recaro seats to the car. The 09 Z will be unveiled soon and I am curious what Nissan is going to do to it. My girl has an 06 and I like it but not as much as my STI.

Getting back to the 08 STI, its really a preference thing as far as style goes and your not the first one to bash its look just because it no longer shares the original shape of the 02 to 07 models. well to each his own but don't bash it just because you don't have the newest car on the block anymore. Just because the body of the car has changed its still an STI and still shares the same enthusiasm as the last models did. I love my 07 and if I had the money I would buy an 08 and keep both of them.

Feel free to start another thread if you want to share an opinion about the car. Even if its negative, people still appreciate opinions. However, the title and the lack of any critical statements just isn't enough to leave a thread like this open. If allowed posts of this nature that lack value, IWSTI would be polluted and die as the STI resource its become.
