08 STi - what is this plug for?

Look at the spoiler on the back where the third brake light is inserted. Now just to the right of the brake light and set into the spoiler is a receptacle with two sockets. Is this for a towing attachment light?

uh... is that the window spray washer?

you could put it on the other side of the third brake light.... wouldnt be hard.
