Default 2008 DRL delete

HI,

I haven't seen any threads on a 2008 DRL delete (Daily Running Lights). Has anyone done it yet? I did my 06 and was wondering if it was the same.

Thanks!

No you can't just turn it off, at least without pulling the module from under the dash. I'm not sure where it is on the 08s either. Probably in close to the same spot as before though.

I'm surprised no one has done it yet. I'd try, but I would pull the wrong connection and end up wth a dead car.

also interested in a fog light rewire so you can use the fogs with the parking lights. So dumb they are tied only to the headlights.

You can. Just remove the right side LOWER bumper clips and wheel well clips. Carefully split/seperate the bumper cover and the wheel well cover. If you have a friend with a lift, its much easier, that's how i did my horns. If not put the front of the car on a ramp or jack stand.
